The 40 CBM Bulk Cement Tank Trailer is a large semi-trailer specially designed for the transportation of bulk cement. It has multiple advantages such as large capacity, lightweight, high strength, and efficient unloading, and is very suitable for cement plants, construction sites, and logistics transportation enterprises. This model adopts a classic V-shaped tank structure with a total volume of 40 cubic meters, reserving an additional 5% gas-phase space. This effectively prevents the sedimentation and clogging of cement during transportation and ensures the smoothness of pneumatic unloading.
The overall structure of the vehicle is reasonable. It not only has a large loading capacity but also significantly improves the efficiency of single-trip transportation, helping users significantly reduce unit transportation costs. The tank head is made of Q345 high-strength steel with a thickness of 4mm. The tank shell is made of 3 mm-thick T700 special steel. The welding process of the entire vehicle complies with national quality standards. The working pressure of the tank reaches 0.2MPa, and the test pressure is 0.3MPa. With a reasonable structural design and high-quality materials, the vehicle weighs only about 7.3 tons, can carry up to 40 tons of cement, and has a total mass of 47.3 tons, achieving true lightweight, high-strength, and efficient transportation.
