The 3/4 Axle Oil Tank Semi Trailer features a low center of gravity and large volume design, with a capacity of 42,000-45,000 liters, combined with a double D-type tank structure, which maximizes loading capacity while ensuring stability. This model reduces wind resistance by optimizing the tank contour and, in combination with lightweight aluminum alloy or high-strength steel materials (such as Q345B carbon steel), achieves a 10%-15% reduction in self-weight, significantly improving fuel economy.
The tank body is made of 5-6 mm-thick aluminum alloy or carbon steel, with corrosion resistance enhanced by more than 30%. In terms of welding techniques, fully automatic argon arc welding and X-ray flaw detection ensure that the weld strength reaches over 95% of the base material, effectively avoiding the risk of leakage.
This vehicle is standard-equipped with ABS anti-lock braking system, dual-circuit pneumatic braking, and emergency shut-off valve. The tank is equipped with multiple anti-wave plates inside, reducing the impact force of the liquid by 60%. Combined with the dual sealing design of the top breather valve and the bottom discharge valve, the transportation safety has reached an international leading level.
It supports flexible combinations of tank volume (30,000-90,000 liters), number of shafts (3/4 shafts), number of compartments (1-9 compartments), and materials (carbon steel/stainless steel/aluminum alloy). In addition, optional heating and insulation devices, flow metering systems, and GPS tracking modules can be installed to adapt to different climates and types of goods.
