The 3-axle container skeletal semi-trailer adopts high-strength steel to construct a frame-type chassis. By optimizing the I-beam section structure (such as the flange plate design of 14mm at the top and 16mm at the bottom) and the automatic submerged arc welding process, while ensuring the torsional rigidity of the main beam, a 10% to 15% reduction in self-weight compared to traditional models is achieved.

The 3-axle container skeletal semi trailer adopts high-strength steel to construct a frame-type chassis. By optimizing the I-beam section structure (such as the flange plate design of 14mm at the top and 16mm at the bottom) and the automatic submerged arc welding process, while ensuring the torsional rigidity of the main beam, a 10% to 15% reduction in self-weight compared to traditional models.

Take a typical 40-foot model as an example. Its no-load weight can be controlled within 6.5 tons. Combined with a three-axle 13-ton class axle configuration, the total load capacity exceeds 50 tons, significantly increasing the proportion of net weight of goods in a single trip and directly reducing fuel consumption and toll costs per ton-kilometer.

The twist lock device supports the rapid fixation of 1×20-foot, 2×20-foot, or 1×40-foot containers. Some high-end models are equipped with hydraulic lifting systems, which can complete the transshipment of containers of different specifications within 10 minutes.
